☆This tool is a friction hot melt type , the overlapping plastic tape is thermally bonded through high-speed friction, so it is called friction hot melt.
☆Introduce the compressed gas into the cylinder piston, and the piston and the upper part of the vibrator are connected by a shaft bolt. The vibrator vibrates back and forth and presses the friction plate together to bond the overlapping parts of the strapping tape.
☆There is an oval hole in the middle of the vibrator, and the eccentric shaft of the fan motor rotates back and forth in this hole.
☆The air motor rotates at high speed, with the maximum speed <>, r, making the vibrator move at high speed like a pendulum.
☆The lower strapping belt is fixed on the intersection plate by the triangular teeth of the bottom punch die; the upper strapping belt is bonded due to the intense vibration of the triangular teeth of the vibrator and the friction with the lower strapping belt to generate heat.
